Please send us a written complaint via e-mail, along with a photograph of the damage as an attachment if possible, stating what the problem is. This will enable us to process your complaint more quickly and simply. When we determine how the damage happened, we will contact you with possible solutions, such as sending a replacement or repairing the damage.
Can I order a sample?
For large order enquiries samples may be ordered and paid for in the normal manner.
How can I place an order?
All orders must come directly from our online shop. We ask for your understanding that we cannot accept any telephone orders. We will respond within 24 hours.
What should I do if I notice that something is missing when I unpack the products?
Please unpack the goods completely first to make sure no parts are overlooked. Often something will still turn up, like a small bag of screws taped to the table leg. If there is still something missing, please notify us in writing by e-mail and we will send you the replacement parts as quickly as possible.
